Hi! I’m Cris, and I’m so excited to be bringing Kaia F.I.T. to the Natomas area! I love Kaia workouts – no matter your athletic background, current ability, fitness level or age, you’re sure to get a challenging workout and get your sweat on! At the end of every workout you will be proud of what you accomplished and excited for the next workout! No workout is the same, which makes it so awesome…You never know what to expect!

I have been on my own fitness journey over the past 5 years. I went from being an overweight couch potato who couldn’t run a block, to losing 70 pounds and being a four-time Ironman Finisher. I have a passion for helping others enjoy becoming fit, healthy and strong! I can’t wait to have you join us!

  • Certified Personal Trainer with NASM
  • Level 1 USA Triathlon Coach
  • Kaia F.I.T. Certified

Valerie Caldwell


Valerie moved from southern California to Sacramento in 1994. In 1997, her freshman year of high school, she joined the cross country team. After immediately being moved to the varsity team, she knew running was meant for her. Valerie has competed in dozens of races, from 5k’s to marathons, and even a few triathlons, with a goal of placing at each race. Fitness is her passion.

Valerie got married in 2011 and had a beautiful baby girl in 2012.

Casey Clay

I am Health and fitness enthusiast with the passion to teach and coach others to live a healthy lifestyle too..

My love for fitness started after the birth of my twins 8 years ago. I was 60 pounds heavier and felt tired everyday. After my first marathon in 2006, I found a passion for running and with running came the passion to eat better and exercise. I have participated in 3 marathons along with several half marathons, 5k and 10k events..

I love Kaia Fit because it’s challenging and fun! No matter what your fitness level is, you are sure to get a great workout in. Every class is designed different, so you will never get bored. I love knowing that I will see familiar faces and that we will all push ourselves to workout harder.
